Q: Do I need professional modeling or painting skills to obtain a model that looks like the one in the product images?
Q: I love this spacecraft, but currently only pre-assembled and pre-painted versions are available in the store. As a modeling enthusiast, can I purchase unassembled and unpainted parts to work on myself?
A: All Star Citizen merchandise we sell is approved by CIG. Pre-assembled/pre-painted models and kit models are different product categories. Therefore, if you do not see the specific kit model you want in our store, we cannot privately sell production parts to you. However, you can stay tuned for future product releases, as kit versions may be introduced later.
Q: What should I do if my accessory is damaged?
A: Please visit our support ticket page, click on "Damaged Parts," and enter the relevant information such as the part number, product, and order details. Each product includes a limited number of free replacement parts-please refer to the instruction manual or product listing for specific details. Please note that replacements will not be provided after the allotted number has been exhausted, as all parts are produced in limited quantities. We encourage you to treasure your product.

Q: Does CIG oversee the development, production, and sales process?
Q: Does YINGGE have official stores on other online marketplaces?
A: www.pigeonspaceport.com is currently the only CIG-licensed designated sales platform. We do not have official stores on other e-commerce platforms at this time-any appearances on other platforms are not authorized by us. If we expand to other platforms in the future, we will make a special announcement. If this FAQ has not been updated, it means no such expansion has occurred.
Shipping
Q: What does the shipping time mentioned in the product description mean?
Q: Why did I receive my order faster/slower than my friend?
A: For customers in Europe and the United States, we use regional warehouse shipping. If you purchase an in-stock item and it is available in a local or nearby warehouse, you will receive it much faster compared to those waiting for intercontinental shipping during pre-orders or the first sales batch. If you are in Asia, you may receive your order faster even during the first batch due to closer proximity. However, if the local warehouse unexpectedly runs out of stock, we may need to reship from another region, which could extend delivery times. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, conflicts, or courier accidents may also affect shipping times.
