REFUND POLICY
I. Order Cancellation
1. Within 24 Hours of Ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it on PigeonSpacePort.com, please contact us via email at service@PigeonSpacePort.com within 24 hours. Please note that we will not be able to process cancellations if the order has already been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Before Processing Time
The time from when the consumer places an order to when the merchant processes the order: 48 hours. If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled.
II. Process for Returns
1. Conditions for Returns
1) Change of Mind (15-Day Policy): Unopened, unused products in their original selling condition may be returned for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 15 daysfrom the date the products back are received, or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customs duties and customs clearance fees in the destination country shall be borne by the customers as well, and they will not be refunded when returning the products.
2) Defective or Incorrect Products:** Please refer to our separate [Warranty Policy] for detailed terms regarding returns due to product defects, damage upon arrival, or incorrect items shipped. In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by PigeonSpacePort upon validation of the claim.
3) Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
4) Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
5) Exceptions: the rights of refund stated above shall not be provided in the following cases:
l the products are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
l the products are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
l the products are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
2. Steps to Return an Item
1) Please contact PigeonSpacePort customer support at service@PigeonSpacePort.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please state the reason for return and provide your order number.
2) Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions within 3 business days.
3) For the refund to be processed promptly, please ensure you use a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking number.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the time for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card company), typically taking an additional 3-10 business days.
III. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. We can only exchange for an item of equal or lower value. If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will need to process a return and place a new order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to a change of mind.
1. Conditions for Exchange
Within 30 days of the date of purchase from the PigeonSpacePort.com website, ONLY items of equal or lower value are eligible for returns for exchange. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorization number (RA#).
2. Exchange Process
1) All returned goods must be brand-new, unopened, and in their original packing; the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
2) Items that have been used for any length of time cannot be returned to PigeonSpacePort.
3) If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
IV. Refund Process
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
1. Processing Time for Refunds
1) Paypal account: about 48 hours
2) Credit card: between 7 to 14 business days
2. Not Covered Under Refund
1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen
2) Products that have passed their warranty period
3) Products with no quality problems (30 days after purchase)
4) Products received for free
5) Products damaged by improper operation (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)
V. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
1. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition (unless defective).
2. Products that have been lost , stolen,or destroyed during the period that the customer or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the products .
3. Products with no quality problems that are returned after the 15-day return window.
4. Products received as gifts or for free.
5. Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper operation, accidents, or acts beyond our control.
6. Any product not purchased directly from PigeonSpacePort.com.
VI. Return Address
The specific return address will be provided by our customer service team upon issuance of an RMA number. Please do not return items without first contacting us.
VII. European Economic Area (EEA) Buyers — Statutory Rights
This section applies exclusively to buyers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), pursuant to mandatory local consumer protection law.
Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, please contact us at service@pigeonspaceport.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You may open and inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. However, if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and this has resulted in a diminishment in value, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.
Pre-order Cancellation Right For pre-order items that have not yet been shipped, EEA buyers may cancel their order at any time and receive a full refund. Please contact us at service@pigeonspaceport.com to request cancellation.
Standard return and refund terms in Sections I–VI apply to all other regions.
