Notice Regarding Pre-Order Shipping Schedule Update

Dear Pigeon Spaceport Customers,

We would like to share an update with everyone who participated in our recent pre-order. First and foremost, thank you. This entire endeavor is rooted in a shared passion for the 'verse, and we are incredibly grateful for your enthusiasm and support. We are genuinely excited to get these models into your hands and are confident they will be something truly special.

Since opening pre-orders in October, we have continued to push production forward with a single goal in mind: Delivering the highest level of accuracy and overall quality possible. The manufacturing process for these models is complex and highly detailed, requiring extensive calibration and fine-tuning. While we built buffer time into our original plan, some critical refinement steps ultimately required more time than anticipated. As a result, our shipments will result in a delay to shipment.

Of course, this was not a decision we took lightly. A delay introduces additional costs for our team and extends the time we hold pre-order funds. That said, we firmly believe that delivering a model that truly lives up to both our standards and your expectations matters more than rushing production. Cutting corners on detail or quality would compromise our standards and the expectations associated with this product. We sincerely appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

1. Updated Delivery Schedule

Due to the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday in February, the production cycle will be temporarily paused. As a result, it is unlikely that all units can be completed and shipped together as originally planned. We will therefore proceed with batch-based shipping, using the holiday period as a natural dividing point.

All shipments will be fulfilled strictly in the order in which purchases were made. As compensation for the overall delay, all pre-order shipments will be upgraded to expedited air shipping at no additional cost.

A significant amount of manual work is involved in the assembly process, so the number of units completed within a given timeframe may vary. Additional units may become available sooner than expected, and we will share updates if that occurs.

First Batch

Shipping Date: February 10

Shipping Method: Expedited Air Shipping

Coverage: First 100 pre-order customers

Second Batch

Shipping Date: March 20

Shipping Method: Expedited Air Shipping

Coverage: All remaining pre-order customers

2. Post-Pre-Order Stock

Third Batch (Post-Pre-Order Stock)

Status: Inbound shipment to regional warehouses

Start Date: March 20

Coverage: Units produced after the pre-order period

These units will not be available for immediate sale. They will only be released for general purchase once inventory has arrived at local warehouses in Europe and the United States, at which point they will be offered as regular in-stock items.

After the holiday, production will resume and all remaining units will be completed in one continuous production run. As a result, the second pre-order batch and the post–pre-order stock will be produced simultaneously.

Pre-order shipments will continue to be fulfilled via expedited air shipping to ensure faster delivery for pre-order customers. Post–pre-order stock will be shipped via standard international freight to our regional warehouses. During the period between March 20 and the arrival of inventory at local warehouses, these units will not be available for purchase.

Once inventory has reached our regional warehouses, shipping times for customers in Europe and the United States will be significantly reduced through localized fulfillment, and the product will then transition to regular in-stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

All pre-order customers are eligible for unconditional refunds if the updated delivery timeline no longer meets their needs.

If you wish to request a refund, please visit the Contact Us page on our website and select "Delay" as the reason. Our support team will assist you promptly.

4. Pre-Order Extension

To address the adjusted delivery timeline, the pre-order period has been extended until March 20. Orders placed before this date will continue to receive all pre-order-exclusive benefits, including:

  • Pre-order pricing discount
  • Free shipping
    (After the pre-order period ends, shipping will no longer be fully covered. Fulfillment from local warehouses will help reduce overall shipping costs.)
  • A numbered wooden display base exclusive to pre-orders
  • A special-edition metal support structure with an exclusive finish
    (The metal support structure will also be included in the standard retail version with a different surface finish. The wooden display base is exclusive to pre-orders and does not affect assembly or display stability.)

We remain fully committed to delivering the complete pre-order package, including all exclusive components and upgraded expedited shipping, while respecting every customer's right to choose the option that best fits their plans.
